
To secure the use of Anara and preserve the integrity of guest scheduling, the following cancellation terms apply:

No-shows and early departures will result in a full-stay penalty.
For bookings with a stay between December 21 and January 3, full payment is required 90 days before arrival and is non‑refundable in the event of cancellation, no‑show , or early departures within those 90 days.
We offer a 3rd-party Travel Protection Plan to help protect your travel investment, your belongings, and, most importantly, you against unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip.
Daily room rates are subject to a 12% Government Accommodations & 10% Service Charges.
Occupants for registration must always be accompanied by at least one (1) adult. Adult age is 21 years or older.
The estate is a non-smoking property; however, a designated outdoor area is available.
Force Majeure
At Anara, we understand that extraordinary events may occasionally disrupt even the most carefully planned travel.
If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Anara materially prevent the provision of accommodations (a “Force Majeure Event”), neither party shall be considered in breach of the reservation agreement.

If travel is discouraged but not legally restricted, or if disruption arises from airline cancellations or personal circumstances, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events.

Anara monitors official guidance from the Turks & Caicos Islands Government and recognized meteorological authorities.
