Booking, Guarantee, & Cancellation Policy

To secure the use of Anara and preserve the integrity of guest scheduling, the following cancellation terms apply:

Check-in time: after 3 pm Check-out time: before 11 am

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
50% deposit of the total booking is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance due will be collected 29 days before the day of arrival.
Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival: Non-refundable.

No-shows and early departures will result in a full-stay penalty.

For bookings with a stay between December 21 and January 3, full payment is required 90 days before arrival and is non‑refundable in the event of cancellation, no‑show , or early departures within those 90 days.

Travel Insurance

We offer a 3rd-party Travel Protection Plan to help protect your travel investment, your belongings, and, most importantly, you against unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip.

Surcharges

Daily room rates are subject to a 12% Government Accommodations & 10% Service Charges.

Adult Policy / Minimum Check-in Age

Occupants for registration must always be accompanied by at least one (1) adult. Adult age is 21 years or older.

Smoking Policy

The estate is a non-smoking property; however, a designated outdoor area is available.

Force Majeure

At Anara, we understand that extraordinary events may occasionally disrupt even the most carefully planned travel.

If circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Anara materially prevent the provision of accommodations (a “Force Majeure Event”), neither party shall be considered in breach of the reservation agreement.

Force Majeure Events may include, without limitation:

Natural disasters or severe weather
Government-imposed travel restrictions or border closures
Declared public health emergencies.
Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
Utility or infrastructure failures beyond our control

If a Force Majeure Event directly prevents occupancy of the villa:

The reservation may be rescheduled to alternative dates within twelve (12) months of the original arrival date, subject to availability and rate adjustments if applicable.
Payments received will be applied as a future stay credit.
Where legally required or pre-arranged, refunds will be processed accordingly.

If travel is discouraged but not legally restricted, or if disruption arises from airline cancellations or personal circumstances, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events.

Our intention is always to work collaboratively and in good faith to preserve the guest relationship while maintaining operational integrity.

Hurricane Season Provision

The Atlantic hurricane season typically extends from June 1 through November 30.

Anara monitors official guidance from the Turks & Caicos Islands Government and recognized meteorological authorities.

The following applies:

Government Closure or Mandatory Evacuation

If the Turks & Caicos Islands Government issues:

A mandatory evacuation order.
A formal airport closure.
A government directive prohibiting visitor access.

For the reserved stay period, guests may:

Reschedule within twelve (12) months, subject to availability; or
Receive a future stay credit equal to the payments received.

Refunds will be provided only where required by pre-arrangement.

Named Storm Watch or Warning

If a named storm is projected to impact Providenciales during the reserved stay:

Guests may elect to reschedule without penalty if an official hurricane warning is issued for Providenciales within seven (7) days of arrival.
Credits must be used within twelve (12) months.
