Location

Set within the low-density Leeward community on the northeastern tip of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, Anara offers a distinctly residential version of Provo—quiet and intentionally discreet. Leeward is known for its exclusive neighborhood feel and interior canal system along with added privacy and security compared to higher-traffic resort areas.

Here, Anara is ideally suited for guests who value space, calm, and a sense of discretion away from the public beach—while keeping it close. Leeward/Sunset (Pelican) Beach is just about 4 minutes away and is typically far less crowded than central Grace Bay. Golf, restaurants, and bars are roughly 4 minutes by car; Grace Bay Beach, shopping, and dining are about 8 minutes; and Providenciales International Airport is approximately 20 minutes. Anara is close to everything, but intentionally set apart in a luxury enclave.

Turks & Caicos Islands

Turks and Caicos is a British Overseas Territory in the Atlantic, just southeast of the Bahamas and a short flight from major U.S. gateways. Centered on Providenciales, it’s known for clear, calm turquoise water and a polished, international standard of dining, service, and island experiences. The country is an archipelago of about 40 islands and cays (with only a handful inhabited) and enjoys around 350 sunny days a year.
